As you might expect, the lots closer towards the Sea of Cortez are more expensive than the lots further away. The Sea Front lots are priced above $300K when one is available on resale.

Home owners fees: $800 annually for a lot and run from February to February.
Taxes: Run only a few hundred dollars a year for a $200K home.

Great Facilities at Playa De Oro

The development with underground electric and water. It has all the subdivision approvals necessary to legally sell property in Mexico.
